Rental Rates

Includes the use of both the indoor and outdoor areas

Payment can be made by sending a check for the indicated amount to Bookkeeping Office, P.O, Box 43, Jerome, ID 83338. If you prefer to pay using PayPal, please include an additional 3% to the overall cost to cover the processing fee.

 

Weddings

  • May 15th - October 15th = $900 for 3 hours maximum 

  • October 16th - May 14th = $600 for 3 hours maximum. During these months the Chapel is heated; however, there may not be water and the restrooms are closed

  • Extra hours = $230 per hour 

  • Cleaning fee = $75

 

Memorial Services

  • Residents of Stanley community = $75 cleaning fee.  Please consider a donation to the Chapel building fund in memory of your loved one. 

  • Non-residents of Stanley community = $250, plus $75 cleaning fee for up to 2 hours

Security Deposits

A Security Deposit in the amount of $150 is included in the total fee that is sent in with this contract. On the day of the event, this Security Deposit automatically turns into the Renter’s Damage Deposit the day of your event, and is fully refundable, if certain conditions are met. Please see the rental agreement for specific conditions. Please consider allowing the Chapel to retain the security deposit to further improve the Chapel sanctuary and grounds.

Receptions

Currently, the Chapel and grounds are not available for receptions.

Hours

All events must end at 8 pm.

Availability

The multi-denominational Chapel is available for weddings to anybody regardless of religious background.  The Chapel is open mid-May through mid-October.  Off-season (from late-October — to early-May) events can be scheduled, weather permitting. The Chapel is generally winterized in mid-October and de-winterized by mid-May.  Therefore, water may not be available during those times. Heat is available. The parking lot is not plowed during the winter months, so there may be limited parking available during the snowy months. Plowing may be available for an additional charge.
